The Braeside Cottage has one of the best views on the property as it overlooks the sheep paddock and old yards down to the causeway on Turner's creek. The cottage has been refurbished and combines rustic charm and modern luxury.

Advanced Internet
All areas of the Cottage has WiFi Internet access and the bedroom has a Ethernet Internet access point and VOIP phone. There is also an Internet Printer and Scanner.

The Lounge
The lounge, with it's rich red polished timber  floors, leather chesterfield lounge chairs and fireplace sets a romantic mood. For entertainment there is a 42" plasma TV and DVD player.

The Kitchen
The modern kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, stove top, convection microwave, front load washing machine and dryer.  The Kitchen/Dinning room looks out onto the Braeside Reserve.

The Bathroom
The southern wall of the bathroom features 4 French doors which from historical photographs came from the turret room in the original homestead. The bathroom includes dual vanity basins, rainwater shower and a Spa bath that will accommodate 2 people. A high pressure gas hot water system provides instant hot water and in winter the floor is heated, something that you will appreciate on cold mornings.

Front Verandah
The front verandah looks out onto the Braeside reserve, 4 acres of grass and towering gum trees. You can watch the sun go down on the front verandah on two classic Australian squatter’s chairs. One of the interesting features is the foldaway leg extension. Fold them back and sit in comfort or fold them out and put your feet up for a relaxing afternoon. At night the reserve is ablaze with lights which illuminate the towering gum trees.

Back Verandah
In the morning, this is where you want to be. The warm sun, the view across the ancient gum tree, sheep paddock and yards to the creek and causeway. This is a great spot to sit and enjoy breakfast.

Sheep Paddock
When you stay in the Braeside Cottage you have exclusive use of the Sheep Paddock directly behind the cottage, (Fire conditions permitting), you can start a camp fire and sit under the old gum tree.
